Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• We offer standard shipping across Pakistan.

• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days after processing.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Lumise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the courier service is at fault. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our support team so we can assist you.
